Entertaining and educational!! Worth the money spent on extra cases

Great way to review management of a host of common ED presentations. Some work still needs to be done so that the order of actions makes a difference and timely decisions have an affect on the outcomes. Good app.

Very good except, hard unless your a resident or med student.

This app is great with an all inclusive approach to ER cases where treatment decisions are provided with immediate feedback. The detailed case discussions are also invaluable. More cases would be great.

This is a great game but the 2.1 update makes it crash when you pick random case scenario. Hope the next update fixes this

Excellent learning experience. Best app I have seen so far. It also has good peer involvement in each specific case. The lists of interventions and tests are not in alphabetical order, which wastes a bit of time, but on the other hand neither is my ER or a patient in alphabetical order! I have recommended it to my colleagues. Can we get CPD points?

Good game to think cases through, fun to challenge friends to try and beat your score.

I am 16 years old and obviously not a Doctor, EMT, Nurse or any HCP. My only real qualifications are First Aid and Im currently doing a EMR(Emergency Medical Responder) program. When Im older I want to be a Combat Medic/Paramedic. Ive done alot of research on medical things and this app helps me put that knowledge to use. I love the Paramedic simulator since thats what I wanna do when Im older and the Emergency Physician ones I need more help with. The app has a wide variety of cases in different scenarios and difference scope of practices(Physician, EMT/Paramedic, Gynaecology, Neurology). You dont have to be a Doctor or HCP to have this app and have fun with it. I love using it for fun AND also to learn from it. I highly recommend downloading if your a HCP and want to try a little challenge(that is also fun) or maybe your a Medical Student or just some 16 year old who has a passion for medicine, like me. Either way its a great app that youll enjoy.
