Love it!

Im a current paramedic student and have fallen in love with this game. Not everything is perfect, but amazing job overall. Recommended to many people.

Great for Nurses!!

Great for ER nurses! Just wish there were more free scenarios.

Nursing Student

I love playing this game! It really helps me use my critical thinking skills. It also teaches me about labs/tests/meds/conditions I had not been exposed to in school yet. Please add more scenarios such as specific units [ex: ortho, ICU].

So addicting

Such a wonderfully addictive game!

Awesome app!! (few suggestions & wishes)

I am a nursing student who wants to work in critical care; I stumbled upon this app and love it already you can learn a lot from it. They have the right idea; I hope that in the future versions they can have cases by topics; many of them :) and other little things like for example when you pick a Dx or some order it will be useful to have the name written out as it is but also have the medical abbreviation next to it that way us students could learn it by seeing it more etc. Live changing scenario is would also be a bonus; overall his app is great !

Amazing App! Wish I would have found (2) years ago!

This is a great app!! I would like to see a little less emphasis on the differential diagnoses since a lot of the time you can clearly get to the correct answer by completing all critical interventions. I really do love this game and have bought additional cases. For reference I am currently (2) weeks from my national paramedic exams. I wish I would have found this app when I first started my program. Its a fun way to systematically work cases and has really boosted my confidence for the upcoming practical and oral exams.

Great for nursing students!

Awesome app just needs to add more cases to buy! And have pt react to every med that is given

Love it!

This app is awesome, Im a nurse :-)

Awesome!

As a med student, this is an awesome learning tool for someone interested in EM. Detailed enough to test skills, but simple enough to accommodate many different levels of knowledge.

More Cases Please!

I love this app! Im a pediatric RN so the peds cases are my favorite but love and have played all of them. A lot of the cases Ive seen in real life so its a good refresher. Ive just been waiting FOREVER for more cases

Way too expensive

Fun and addictive. Offers some free cases, but everything else is expensive.

AWESOME Game!!!

I love this game! Im going into the medical career and its a great game to learn the basics of what you should do with any patient. A little pricy for the add ons, but well worth it!

Awesome App... Worth every penny!

Great App. Very realistic cases. Only wish cases would be added. I have had this App for quite a while <1yr and still no new cases.

Great app!

Finally found a great EMS simulator! Well worth the money. Hope theyll turn out more EMS scenarios, because if they do, Ill be spending more money on them! Very well done.

Great App!

Awesome way to test yourself and learn regardless of whether you are ms1 or an experienced attending. Buy the app, buy the additional cases, and get to treating and streeting! Addendum: still awesome!!

Phenomenal app!! I cant stop playing/learning!

This app is mind blowing! I use it to stay sharp and practice cases! Keep it up! If you dont have it download it! I love this app!

Resuscitation

Good app

Incredible tool

Must-have for medical students, PA students, EMTs/medics, and other budding healthcare professionals. Interactive and in-depth, with complex scoring system and excellent post-case discussions with citations. Worth every penny.

Its Awesome! There is one problem though

This app is a great app and helps me whenever I am bored. The is one problem about the app though, it keeps crashing before I can play the game. If you can fix this it would be much appreciated. Thanks for make the great app and hopefully you fix the problem.

No cases by topic yet?

These are great and challeging cases. I have bought all modules (over 120 cases) for practicing as I prepare for USMLE 3, but somehow cases are no longer divided by topics.
