I enjoy playing this sim - Ive learned a lot from it!

This game is great and addicting, but its only like a demo with a few cases. Theres options to buy more cases but theres no link? Theyre like packets and each packet comes with maybe 30 cases or so, but I cant seem to purchase it. Theres no link and I have to come here to see the prices. And it just shows prices, theres no where to press to actually buy the cases. Help?

I found this app very interesting and good to test my skill set. However, upon losing all purchased cases, the developer lost my support. After many failed attempts to restore, I was instructed to contact iTunes, who then directed me back to the developer. I followed up repeatedly, and was ultimately just ignored. I now have no access, after purchasing nearly all cases.

This game is great for anyone looking to learn very basic medical skills

I absolutely love this app, its great for me as a student nurse! I have tons of fun with the cases, I just wish more were available for less money!

These are great and challeging cases. I have bought all modules (over 120 cases) for practicing as I prepare for USMLE 3. Its a shame there are no new cases since 2014.

Possibly the best clinical cases app for the iPad. Consistent, very interactive, really really great! Highly recommended!

Very good for medicine students! We can pass the time while were just studying, whats so great! But the prices of new cases are so expensive... it should be cheapest, so it would be fairest!

Nicely designed good for all people in the medical industry. I am a paramedic and this has expanded knowledge of in hospital care for patients with presentation similar to what I care for in the field.

I really enjoy of layout and easiness of apps as well as being practical and informative for medical student. I learned a lot and recommend you getting all extra cases too

A fun and easy game to learn about diagnostics and treatments in a real emergency setting! This is no "operation" you have to know your stuff to do well at this game :)
